Return Policy

Lerdge guarantees that, subject to the following conditions, Refund Service can be requested.

Return period:

  • We will accept returns on any item WITHIN 7 DAYS of being delivered to you if the product has no manufacturing defect and is still in new condition and original packaging.
  • We will accept returns on any item WITHIN 15 DAYS of being delivered to you if the product has a manufacturing defect. Check your item as soon as you receive it! You have 48 hours to inspect your item(s) and notify us of any damage or defect. You need to provide photos or videos to prove the destruction of the product. We cannot honor any claims of damage after 48 hours after delivery.

Please note as you would expect we cannot refund any shipping costs as this goes directly to the couriers who make the shipments possible.

Return service will not be provided where:

  • It has exceeded the return service period;
  • The returned product does not include the original accessories or in original packaging;
  • The returned product is not new or has traces of use;
  • The returned product was artificially damaged, including scratches, cracks, malfunctions, etc.;
  • Any malfunction or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.) or incorrect installation or operation;
  • Failure to provide proof of purchase (such as order number, invoice, etc.);
  • The product is damaged due to force majeure (such as flood, typhoon, etc.);
  • The product was not sent back and delivered to Lerdge on the agreed time;
  • Other possible unreasonable situations.

The shipping cost when returning:

Apart from the return due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, you need to bear the return shipping and other possible costs (such as tariffs, etc.) when returning for other reasons.

Warranty Policy

Warranty scope:

The warranty policy here only applies to Lerdge products purchased through the official Lerdge store. Lerdge currently has three official stores:

  • This official store;
  • Lerdge Store on Aliexpress;
  • Lerdge store on facebook page;

Products purchased through other channels (such as distributors or other unofficial stores) do not eligible for this warranty policy, please contact the seller directly for consultation.

Warranty period and content:

The warranty period for Lerdge printers and motherboards is 30 days. The warranty period will start from the day you receive the product (usually the day when the express delivery record shows that the delivery is successful). When a product requires warranty during the warranty period, Lerdge will take the following steps:

  • Lerdge will first try to diagnose and solve the problem via email or other tools. We may direct you to conduct related inspections or update the firmware, and feedback the results.
  • If your problem cannot be solved through online guide, we will provide you with replacement parts if the item is under this Warranty Policy. You may need to replace parts manually. Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item.
  • If the above methods still does not meet your needs, you can send the product back to us for repair, you need to pay the shipping cost. We will provide free repair services and bear the shipping cost to you.

The warranty of the printer remains unchanged.

The following scenarios are not covered by the warranty:

  • Man-made damage is not covered by the warranty, including but not limited to damage caused by deliberate or incorrect use of the product.
  • Damage caused by misuse is not covered by the warranty, including but not limited to faults caused by wiring errors, short circuits, illegal upgrades, and unauthorized welding and removal of components. Customers with such isues are responsible for round-trip shipping costs and repair component costs. Lerdge only provides free repair services.
  • The screen cannot be repaired if it was damaged and need to be purchased again. Please protect the screen during use.
  • When the product fails, the Lerdge team may first confirm the operation method with you and ask you to provide photos, videos or perform related inspections. If the user rejects the operation suggestions of the Lerdge team from the beginning, we cannot provide replacement parts for the item because we cannot confirm the cause of the failure.
