Shipping & Delivery

1.Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries around the world and have customers in almost every corner of the world!

If it cannot be shipped to your country due to some special reasons (such as the Covid-19 or legal reasons), we will contact you in advance and refund the funds in full.

2.When do you ship after I place the order?

Normally, we will ship the goods within three working days. We will post a notice on the homepage or product page or contact you within three working days after you place the order If there are special circumstances (such as public holidays, out of stock, or other) and cannot be shipped.

3.Where do you ship from?

We have warehouses in Russia, Spain, Poland, and China. Different items are stored in different warehouses. Normally, We will ship according to the warehouse you choose, unless the item is out of stock in this warehouse. In this case, we will notify you and confirm whether you agree to ship from the China warehouse.

4.How long will delivery take?

We try to use the better courier and delivery services to make sure we can deliver your products in the quickest possible time. Different countries and courier companies may have different delivery times, usually ranging from 3 days to 20 days.

5. How about the shipping cost: 

According to the destination country and product weight and volume, the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost for you. You can check the estimated shipping cost on the shopping cart page. Of course, we provide free shipping services for many products!

6. How can I track my shipment?

Our recording equipment is sent via different international orders for different countries - a tracking number will be added to your order panel shortly after its dispatch. If you believe your tracking information has not been updated, please contact us and we can look into this right away for you.

Some order are unable to provide tracking information for these orders, but should you have a concern that your order is taking too long to be delivered please do not hesitate to get in touch via sales@lerdge.com.

Order & Payment:

1.Can I get an invoice?

If you need an invoice for your products, please make a note when placing the order. Please indicate your special requirements on invoices.

2.What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment via Paypal, Visa and Mastercard credit card at present. If you want to make payment by bank transfer, please write to our email box (sales@lerdge.com), we will provide you with detailed bank account information.

3.Will I bear any taxes?

You will not have to pay sales tax, and we will bear the sales tax required by the laws of our country. But after the product arrives in your country, you may have to pay customs duties or other fees required by customs, depending on local laws.

4.Can I cancel an order?

Sure! Just notify us as soon as possible and we can cancel it for a full and immediate refund. We are unable to cancel your order if it has shipped, and we will then treat the cancellation as a return instead.

1.Do you have any discount codes I can use?

In different time periods, we have different promotions and coupons. For example, we will hold grand promotional activities on Christmas, Black Friday, New Year's Day and other festivals.

4.Can I / we become a reseller?

Yes you can!

After we have received your email, we will respond to you with our reseller price list and current brochure. We work closely with our resellers and can provide you with images, promotional material or any other help you may require.

1.Is there a tutorial for Lerdge printer and motherboard?

Yes, of course! On our official website, we have prepared detailed tutorials for Lerdge boards, including System Operation, Interface Definition, Structure Settings, Motor Settings, Temperature Settings, About Pause and so on. These tutorials can solve 90% problem during you use.

The Lerdge Carbon Core printer (Lerdge CC) is equipped with Lerdge X motherboard, you can also refer to the tutorial.

2.Where can I download the Lerdge firmware?

Currently, Lerdge firmware includes Lerdge K motherboard firmware, Lergde X motherboard firmware, and Lerdge PC Control Tool.

3.Where can I check Lerdge Gcode?
