Introduction of the New Zonal Heating Hot Bed

Its printing size (235x235mm) is same with original ender 3 bed size, and It compatible with more than 90% of ENDER-3 series models on the market.
Advantage 2: The heating time is 20% faster than the ordinary 3D printer hot bed.
Advantage 3: When the printing model range in the middle of 125*125mm range in the heated bed there is a partition switch to turn him off theoretically can achieve power savings of 70%. The test results shows that 24 hours can save 0.5 kW·h of electricity, achieving energy saving and energy efficient.
Advantage 4: the new zoning heating bed using a new spraying technology, black spraying than gold PEI better adhesion, printing PLA temperature at the same time in the case of 60℃, adhesion than gold PEI printing surface better than 20%.

Hot bed is designed with 24v voltage, the most power is 240W and the least power is 100W (partition function).
When using the hot bed, the 3D printer needs at least 24V300W power supply for the whole machine. In theory can perfectly replace and support all printing area 235mnX235mm fixed holes for 170mX170m 3D printers Kit.

The thermistor has been pasted on the surface of the hot bed.
The thermistor type is NTC100K B3950.
