Shipping & Delivery

1.WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship to most countries around the world and have customers in almost every corner of the world!

If it cannot be shipped to your country due to some special reasons (such as the Covid-19 or legal reasons), we will contact you in advance and refund the funds in full.

2.WHEN DO YOU SHIP AFTER I PLACE THE ORDER?

Normally, we will ship the goods within three working days. We will post a notice on the homepage or product page or contact you within three working days after you place the order If there are special circumstances (such as public holidays, out of stock, or other) and cannot be shipped.

3.WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

Products in our store are shipped from China by default. Besides, we also have warehouses in Russia, Spain, Poland, but not all items are stored in these warehouses.  You will be able to select the shipping location in the product page if the product is stored in these warehouses. 

4.HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

We try to use the better courier and delivery services to make sure we can deliver your products in the quickest possible time. Different countries and courier companies may have different delivery times, usually ranging from 3 days to 20 days.

5. How about the shipping cost: 

According to the destination country and product weight and volume, the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost for you. You can check the estimated shipping cost on the shopping cart page. Of course, we provide free shipping services for many products！

6. How can I track my shipment?

Our recording equipment is sent via different international orders for different countries - a tracking number will be added to your order panel shortly after its dispatch. If you believe your tracking information has not been updated, please contact us and we can look into this right away for you.

Some order are unable to provide tracking information for these orders, but should you have a concern that your order is taking too long to be delivered please do not hesitate to get in touch via shop@lerdge.com.
